About the DMC Community Group

Durham · Morrisville · Cary — a community group of Trinity Park Church

"Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!"
Psalm 133:1 · ESV

🏡 Who we are

We're families, couples, and singles scattered across Durham, Morrisville, and Cary — different neighborhoods, different ages, different seasons of life — who share one church home and one conviction: that faith grows best in community. Some of us are chasing toddlers, some seasoned enough to have wisdom worth borrowing. That mix is the point. We believe God builds something in a room where a college student, a young family, and an empty-nester are all at the same table.

🗓️ What we do

We gather weekly, rotating through the month so every part of life gets its own space: Men's Nights and Women's Nights (1st and 2nd Mondays, 7:30 PM) for honest conversation and encouragement among peers; Food with Families (3rd Sundays, 12:30 PM) — our biggest, loudest, potluck-fueled gathering, kids and all; and Adults Only nights (4th Mondays, 7:30 PM) for deeper conversation while the kids are home.

🙏 Why we gather

Three threads run through everything: fellowship — real friendship across the miles between our towns, the kind you can call on a Tuesday; prayer — for each other, our neighbors, and our cities; and, growing this season, the study of scripture — each gathering now centers on a passage we read and discuss together, because we want to be a group shaped by the Word, not just the calendar.

💛 A seat for you

Community groups can accidentally become clubs of people in identical life stages. We're deliberately building the opposite — one group, three towns, every age welcome, connected across the lines that usually divide a calendar. If you're new to Trinity Park, new to the area, or just new to the idea of being known — come. Bring a side dish or just yourself.
